Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner of Champions
Microwave bacon has become a regular part of my diet. It sounds troubling, but it’s not so bad. Bacon is the epitome of sodium- and nitrite-laden, fatty, crispy, delicious foodstuffs. *drool* Let’s step back and appreciate the versatility of this swine product.
BLTs! Good for lunch or dinner, contains every food group (if you add cheese), contrasting textures (for the foodie in all of us), surprisingly filling
Pasta! Wilt some spinach in a pan with olive oil and minced garlic, add bacon, toss with linguine. Easy, delicious, and semi-gourmet. More than Rachael Ray could say for herself (Ouch! Sorry gerl!).
Salad! My favorite, a cobb salad. Just add some avocado and shredded cheese. Jennifer Aniston lived on these during the entire run of Friends so they should be good enough for you commoners.
And hey, how about some bacon cupcakes for dessert?
